or you could follow these instructions to build a cheap array out of IKEA salad bowls and surplus automotive speakers. It won’t sound as “accurate” as those other speakers, but it’s surprisingly good and looks pretty cool on stage.

The motivation of the Mojito Moléculaire is to deconstruct the traditional ingredients (lime, sugar, mint, and rum) into individual caviars. Each caviar would have a distinct color and flavor, and the drink would come together on the tongue.
